PMC's Health and Wellness has two weekly exercise classes for the community.Weekly Exercise Classes
This workout includes cardio vascular, strengthening, flexibility, and balance exercises.
ALL FITNESS LEVELS ARE WELCOME.
All participants are required to sign a waiver at the start of class, in order to participate.
