Healthy Holiday Meals ClassMonday, November 12, 6-8pm
Pioneer Memorial Church Commons
Recipes, tips and tricks on how to prepare traditional holiday meals with a healthy flair without sacrificing flavor or variety! Gourmet meal included.
Cost: $6 adults, Free kids 10 and under, $4 AU students with valid ID
Register by Friday, November 9 on the link at the right. Limited space.
Join us for a run on Sundays at 8:00 a.m., meet in the PMC Parking Lot. There are different pace groups, so no one will be left behind. Get some exercise, fresh air, and connect with other active people. It's fun, social, and you'll get fit in the meantime!
Join us as we get and stay fit by walking around campus on Sundays at 8:00 a.m. Meet in the PMC Parking Lot.
Join us on Mondays and Thursdays for group exercise classes in the PMC Commons, from 6 - 7 p.m. Katherine Koudele, CPT, leads the dynamic classes. All fitness levels are welcome!

Pioneer Spring Run-Off 5K
Thank-you to all walkers and runners who participated in the 5 K on Sunday April 22, 2012. We are also very thankful for support from the following: The departments of Nutrition & Wellness, and Agriculture at Andrews University, Apple Valley Natural Foods, Runners Edge Race Timing, and all the volunteers who made this event possible. This event was a fundraiser for Harbor of Hope programs in Benton Harbor.
